A little Espolòn downstairs
Tequila already feels very much at home at La Familia, and Espolòn has been part of La Discoteca since we opened the doors.
Made in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Espolòn takes its name from the spur of the rooster — a symbol that appears throughout the brand alongside artwork inspired by Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada.
So for September, we're putting it centre stage.
You'll find Espolòn behind the bar and in two of our cocktails: El Del Flower Pepino, with Espolòn Blanco, lime, elderflower, sugar and Caliente bitters; and the deep-red Agua de Jamaica, combining Espolòn Blanco with hibiscus mezcal, grapefruit and soda.
And every Espolòn cocktail comes with something else.
